Shelly is a brand of professional products for nail technicians and podiatrists, made by PROCARE. It started with sets for waterless manicure and pedicure and today covers the whole nail service cycle: a gel polish system, hand and foot care, Soft Blade keratolytics and a podology line. Shelly has been on the market since 2019, with its own GMP-certified production of over 7,000 m² and its own R&D centre. In the EU, Shelly is sold by PROCARE Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw) at shellycare.pl and shellycare.com.
