Returns and Exchanges
If you accidentally mixed up items in your order or discovered a defective/damaged product upon unpacking the parcel, please contact us and describe the issue. If the product is unopened and the packaging is undamaged, you can return your order within 14 days of the purchase date. If you find a defect or damaged packaging, send us photos or video so we can promptly resolve the problem.
How to Return or Exchange a Product?
- You received a product of inadequate quality;
- The contents of the parcel do not match your order;
- The product packaging is damaged;
- The product is complete and its original packaging is preserved;
- The product was purchased on shellecare.com.
Send us an email at kontakt@shellycare.pl describing the situation, and attach a photo clearly showing the defect. Please include “Return” in the email subject line. It is essential to keep the packaging; without it, we will not be able to exchange or return the product. We will contact you within 3 business days after receiving your request and propose a solution.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the account details provided by the client within 5 days after receiving the product.
