Questions
Do I need a registered business?
No. Pro Zone is for professionals with or without a company. Add a VAT ID only if you want invoices for your company — we then issue them automatically.
Does the discount combine with codes and promotions?
No — we always apply the single highest discount. Set prices are already reduced, so the Pro discount does not apply to them.
How is the status calculated?
We add up all your paid orders. Once you pass a threshold, the higher discount applies from your next order.
Which currency?
Złoty in Poland, euro in other EU countries. You see thresholds in your currency on this page and in the cart.
Can my status expire?
No. There is no monthly minimum and no contract. A status once reached stays.
Is this a B2B / wholesale offer?
Yes — it is wholesale pricing without the paperwork. You order yourself, with no contract, with or without a company. −10% applies from your very first order, and the bigger the cart, the bigger the discount — up to −40%. Companies with a VAT ID (including EU VAT) get a VAT invoice automatically. For large regular orders we can agree individual terms — write to hello@shellycare.pl
Documents and EU compliance

Do the products comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009?
Yes. Shelly products intended for the EU market comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Labels are in English and Polish and include the details of the EU Responsible Person.
Do you have an EU Responsible Person?
Yes. Shelly products have a designated Responsible Person in the European Union (Article 4 of the Regulation). Their details are on the label of every product.
Are the products notified in the CPNP?
Yes. Shelly products intended for the EU market are notified in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP). On request, we will confirm the notification for the products you buy from us.
Can I get the PIF or the safety report (CPSR)?
The Product Information File (PIF), including the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR), is kept by the Responsible Person and made available to the competent authorities on request (Article 11 of the Regulation). As it contains confidential information, it is not shared with third parties. We are happy to confirm the CPNP notification and answer questions about ingredients and use.
Why buy from the official distributor?
Only products from the official EU distribution have a CPNP notification, EU-compliant labelling and a Responsible Person. With products brought in unofficially from outside the EU, all these obligations — documentation, notification, labelling and safety responsibility — pass to whoever sells them.
Where do you ship from and what invoice do I get?
All products are in stock at our warehouse in Poland. We ship to all EU countries with an invoice from an EU company — PROCARE Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw). Companies with a valid EU VAT number (VIES) receive an invoice with 0% VAT (intra-community supply).
